How do I track my order? |

Has my order shipped? |
It normally takes Cybernetplaza 1-2 business days to process all orders regardless of the shipping option you select. Customer will be notified on the status of the order thru email in 24-48 hours. |

When will my back-order arrive? |
Non-discontinued items that are on backorder will ship as soon as item is back in stock. To facilitate processing, customers should do regular follow-up on backorders. |

How do I cancel my order? |
Only unshipped orders may be cancelled at anytime. Cancellation may be done either thru email or by telephone. Refund will be issued accordingly if card is charged. |

An item is missing from my shipment. |
To ensure accuracy, Cybernetplaza double-checks items before they are shipped from the facilities. In any case an item is missing (for any reason there may be), further review, checking and investigation will be done preceding any action to take to settle issue. Customer will be kept updated. |
