You may return or exchange your purchase within 3 days after receiving your
order. To return, request a Return Authorization at
http://www.cybernetplaza.com/return.asp Returns
must be mailed within 2 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number. All returned/exchanged items must be in
original condition with tags and labels attached. Please allow 15 days for
the refund to be credited to your account.
A 15% re-stocking fee will
apply on all returns for refund. No refunds/returns on orders of 3 or
more items. Only exchanges are allowed. No Exceptions. Certain listed items are
non-refundable. No restocking fee will apply for exchange for all in-stock
items. Customer may only exchange once. Customer will be responsible for
shipping charges in case of any exchange for any reason both incoming
and outgoing packages.
Items returned without proper Return Authorization Number or items not in
original conditions will be automatically sent back. All returns should have
labels still attached, packaging intact, no smoke smells, no perfume smells,
no fake tan, no dirty marks or alterations in any way. Shipped orders cannot
be cancelled. Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
Orders not accepted at time of delivery for any reason are "Return to
Shipper" classified and are charged 15% restocking fee. Restocking fee
is accessed on the full price of the item and not on discounted prices.
Refunds on orders with coupon codes are processed after the coupon code is
nulled & void.
Billing Address Shipping Only
Orders
will be shipped only to the verified billing address of the credit card to protect
the card-holder from online fraud. In case you
need orders shipped to another address, please complete, sign and fax the

Paypal for domestic orders. Orders are shipped to the verified billing
address.
International Orders
Cybernetplaza.com accepts American Express, Paypal, International Money
Orders, and Bank wire-transfers for international orders. International
addresses are shipped thru US Postal Global Express Mail or Fedex Priority.
Cybernetplaza.com is not responsible for any VAT/Custom Duties and/or Import
Tariffs required by the receiver's country. International Orders may be
subject to VAT/Custom Duties, Tariffs and/or Taxes by the destination
country.
Shipping Information
Orders are shipped after 1-3 business days of processing time. Normally your
order should be in your hands within 7-9 business days for all in-stock
items. Your order may be delayed due to the following reasons:
- The address you provided at the time of the order is not your credit
card billing address.
- Your credit card was declined.

Size Charts
Cybernetplaza.com strongly suggests its customers to review the size chart
for the dress being ordered. There are 7 different size charts online;
therefore, review the corresponding size chart. Measurements are provided
in inches. Bust measurements are not the same as the bra size. By waist,
we mean natural waistline.
Sales Tax
California residents are charged 9.75% sales tax.
